Mike grew up in Dallas, Texas. Following high school, Mike went to The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating with a B.A. in History, he went to law school at University Of Tulsa School of Law where he obtained his J.D. During law school, he was a member of the Dean’s List and the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.

For the first five years of his career (1993-1998), Mike’s practice was focused on the defense of a wide variety of cases ranging from personal injury and product liability to employment and toxic tort. In 1998 Mike joined The Law Offices of Joseph F. Bruegger, P.C., and expanded his practice into handling plaintiff’s cases. In 2001 he became a partner and the firm changed names to Bruegger & McCullough, P.C. In 2013, Mike formed The Law Offices of P. Michael McCullough, Jr. P.C. d/b/a McCullough Mediation. Since beginning the practice of law in 1993, he has tried numerous cases to verdict.

Mike is a member of the Dallas Bar Association.  He is also a member of ADR section of Texas State Bar Association. In addition, he is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Also, Mike is a proud member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas which supports several local youth and family resource centers. Mike is also an active member at Park Cities Baptist Church.

He is married to his wife, Terry, and they have three children.
